Karen Beane has been actively working in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire for more than 35 years. She is the owner and broker of Blue Water Realty Group in Gilford, NH. Karen is an architectural designer producing some of the more unique lakefront residences under Karen Beane Signature Homes. She is married to Doug Beane, who along with their son, Jason, operates Blue Water Construction.
